ITCC Competitor Information

Registration Information

To be qualified to compete at the 2024 ITCC you must have won a local or regional event. Invitations are sent to the ISA Chapters and Associate Organizations for them to nominate their eligible competitors for the ITCC. Once a chapter or associate organization has nominated, eligible competitors will receive a link to confirm your participation in the ITCC.

Eligibility

Competitors must represent an ISA chapter, associate organization, or regional competition. Prior to acceptance, competitors must be a member of ISA. Guest climbers are not permitted at the ITCC unless they have received an invitation from ISA through participation in an event held by an organization not yet associated with the ISA.

Competition Rules

The ITCC will follow the most current available version of the International Tree Climbing Championship Rules. The ITCC Operations Committee is not responsible for providing ITCC Rules Books to competitors in advance. The rules are available on the ITCC website under Rules and Regulations. It is the responsibility of all competitors to have read and understand the rules.

The ITCC committee reserves the right to make additional rules and rulings as well as modify any specific event to ensure the safety of competitors, volunteers, and the public.
